GROUP TOURS
STEP 1: YOU MAKE A BOOKING AND PAY FOR YOUR TOUR
Group tours are set to be booked automatically without the need to contact us; as soon as you choose your preferred tour, you can click on book now, complete the booking process and submit your booking. Depending on your travel date, our system shows up the total amount you need to pay to book your tour: more than 60 days prior to the travel date, we ask you to submit a 30% deposit payment and full payment if your travel dates come within these 60 days. When the payment is made, we receive your booking, and we contact you back instantly with the payment receipt. But, should you have any questions before you book the tour, please contact us and make sure you include the tour package name/link. We will look into your requests and help you through the entire process; we always put your needs first.
STEP 2: WE BOOK YOUR SERVICES
Our team book the including services of your tour after checking your booking form and take note of any special remarks or needs and confirm everything back to you within the next 5 working days. In case there is any change to a service of your package tour, we will make sure to get in touch with you and discuss any possible alternatives (equivalent or upgraded services).
STEP 3: WE FINALIZE AND SEND YOU YOUR VOUCHERS
Vouchers are proof that your services are confirmed. We have two scenarios in this section as follows:
Only the deposit payment is received: our team confirms all your services to you as stated in step 2 and await the full payment (60 days prior to your travel date) to move to step 3. Our system sends you a reminder to pay the remaining amount 3 days prior to your next payment deadline.
Full payment is already received: our team sends you the vouchers of your trip 1 month after confirming your services (step 2) to you. At this stage, you have everything you need for your trip and ready to pack your bags and go off to your destination when the time comes.
STEP 4: ON-SITE SUPPORT 24/7
Upon your arrival, your tour leader is meeting you. He has everything the group needs for a hassle-free tour. He speaks very good English, and he is local which means you will have the chance to learn much more about the country and your questions will be answered with local insight! The group’s meeting is being scheduled in the evening to ensure everyone is attending. You are not alone. All our resources are at your side to make sure you enjoy this tour full of joy, fun, and memorable experiences.

A week after you are back home, we are sending you an email with a maximum 5mins questionnaire we kindly ask you to complete sharing your true feelings with us. This is the most precious moment for us and our partners because through such feedbacks we keep improving ourselves and our services for YOU.

STEP 1: MAKE AN ENQUIRY
Our Tailor-made tours are on request because they are tour samples we carefully designed to help you plan your exclusive and personal trip. So, please go ahead and navigate through them. Our travelers always appreciate doing so because, most of the time, they successfully select a tour that is closer to their main wishes before contacting us. It’s essential to reach out to us before making a booking because we need to listen to you and be able to:
· Advise you about any special dates (e.g. Ramadan or religious holidays).
· Discuss any changes or additions you might like to make to your tour.
· Take note of any special requests you may have to maximize the value of your time in Morocco.
· Talk through other important details relating to your chosen services and trip.
STEP 2: WE PREPARE AND SEND YOU YOUR EXCLUSIVE OFFER
Our team puts together all the needed services of your trip from day to day description, authentic accommodations, transportation, to local activities. At this stage, your needs come first. Maximum 48 hours from making your inquiry (step 1), we send you the detailed offer including everything you need to go ahead and submit your booking.
STEP 3: YOU CONFIRM AND PAY FOR YOUR TRIP
We have two scenarios in this section as follows:

We receive your confirmation by email. Then, we prepare your booking form and send it to you to complete it, sign it, and send it back to us in PDF or scanned. Our team will prepare the invoice for you: 30% deposit if your trip is scheduled +60days prior to your travel date or with 100% payment -60days. In case you pay the deposit only, our system sends you a reminder to pay the remaining amount 3 days prior to your next payment deadline.

We kindly ask you to send us your concerns, questions, or remarks. Our team puts all necessary resources to respond perfectly to your needs. We promise you to look back at the offer and apply any further adjustments you want. Then, we send the offer to you urgently for you to check, book, and submit the payment.
STEP 4: WE BOOK YOUR SERVICES

Vouchers are proof that your services are confirmed which is why you should provide it to our local suppliers at the use of each service. The info-package is your personal day to day itinerary that includes more tips and details about your tour in addition to general information about Morocco, places to visit, and accommodation to stay at.
We have two scenarios in this section as follows:

He gives you an envelope that includes a welcome letter which explains easily the step to benefit from your vouchers and also to show you how to reach us during your trip 24/7 for any support needed. You are not alone. All our resources are at your side to make sure you enjoy a hassle-free tour full of joy, fun, and memorable experiences.
